Ryonet’s X-Vactor automated vacuum exposure unit has been upgraded to boost consistency and functionality in screen exposure. The tabletop series now features a digital timer for greater accuracy; a CAD-designed, powder-coated steel construction; and an EC power cord port with easy on/off access. The unit also features custom high-output UV CFL bulbs for use with dual-cure and photopolymer emulsions. It also has strong, optically clear tempered glass that lets more than 99% of UV light through without wavelength disruption, according to the company. The unit includes a bonus Ryonet preregistration template transparency and 21-step exposure calculator.
