Vastex LED Screen-Exposing Unit

Vastex Intl. has introduced the E-2000 series of LED exposing units for screen printers. Each unit features long-lasting LED light packs that deliver ultra-fast exposure times, while producing high-resolution half tones and crisp detail on graphics, according to the company. An LED light pack also consumes less electricity than metal halide lamps of equivalent surface area and can last more than 50,000 hours. Standard features include: a vacuum hold-down with rubber neoprene blanket, fully automatic digital controls, shatter-resistant tempered glass, and 120- or 240-volt power supply. E-2000 Series units are available in two sizes: 23” x 31” and 47” x 31”.
