Blazer Conveyor Dryer

The Lawson screen-printing conveyor dryer features a digital control panel for monitoring and system diagnostics. It is customizable, with different heat-chamber styles. Operators can visually see dryer set-points, operating temperature, incoming voltage, amperage and current energy usage in real time. The blazer lets operators choose from among a variety of curing options, which can be mixed and matched. They include infrared with Jet-Air, quartz with Jet-Air, gas infrared with Jet-Air, Jet-Air cooling modules and multiple split-belt designs. Additional heat chambers and in/out feed can be added at any time. The heat chambers are designed to maximize energy efficiency and are double insulated, and a hinged top allows for easy access to the heating panels.
