American Embroidery Supply’s new Magna-Glide magnetic bobbins feature a magnetic core and EB cross-link technology that create consistent tension from the beginning to the end of each bobbin, according to the company. The bobbins eliminate the need to reset tensions as thread runs out, and the magnetic core prevents backlash or overspin, eliminating the need for anti-backlash springs. In addition, the EB cross-link technology reduces lint and residual buildup in the bobbin case and tension spring. Bobbins are L-style, contain 135 yards of thread, and are available in white and black.
