ROQ Primer Pretreatment Machine

The new ROQ Primer, offered by Ryonet, is designed for automatically pretreating garments for the direct-to-garment printing process. It synchronizes with the ROQ Hybrid and ROQ automatic screen-printing machines for seamless productivity, according to the company. The Primer allows for uniform spraying of garments with quick and easy setup times and has a maximum coating area of 24.6″x 32.6″. It features an individual “on/off” selection for each nozzle and an adjustable spray height, width and pulverization length. The pressure, flow coating and advance speed can be controlled as well. It also has a semiautomatic circuit cleaning system and integrated waste collection that fits under the pallet.
