A new video from Workhorse Products, Phoenix, showcases some of the touchscreen control panel features of the Sabre automatic screen printing press.
The control panel is designed to simplify production operations and improve functionality. The video, show above, demonstrates how each control option is offered in an easy-to-comprehend, visual format.
The clip walks viewers through press configuration, from choosing a language and connecting to local WiFi for automatic software updates, to selecting setup options and coordinating ancillary equipment. The panel comes with English and Spanish, but any language can be programmed.
With the control panel, users simply touch a print head icon to set up the press for a job. Multiple colors, print and flood strokes, ink type, indexing and flashing also can be selected from the panel. With the swipe of a finger, print modes can be changed from fully automatic to automatic with pedal index, or from manual to sample print mode.
