Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA), Fairfax, Va., announced Michael C. Buggé as its new vice president of sales and business development.
“With more than 30 years of successful ventures in the manufacturing of graphic arts prepress equipment for the offset commercial print and flexo packaging markets, Mike brings strategic vision and deep understanding of the printing industry to his new position,” says SGIA President and CEO Ford Bowers.
Buggé will work with SGIA members to enhance the value of their memberships through marketing opportunities, including event sponsorships, trade show booth sales and SGIA Journal advertising, according to the association. Additionally, he will be involved with the opportunities presented by the advent of PRINTING United, which will address the convergence of markets across the printing industry.
