Rowmark, Findlay, Ohio, and its Premier Material Concepts (PMC) custom division, have completed ISO 9001 recertification for its quality-management system.
A key element of ISO 9001 is mandatory certification by an independent, accredited auditor, and ISO certification means Rowmark continues to implement business processes and procedures that ensure the highest-quality performance in all aspects of the quality-management system. The most important aspect of ISO certification is striving for continuous improvement in processes and product-quality standards to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
Rowmark first received ISO 9001 certification in 2004.
“It’s simply the way we strive to operate,” says Duane Jebbett, president and CEO, Rowmark. “We have been an ISO-certified company for over a decade. We received feedback from the auditors that our team was easy to work with, very knowledgeable in quality-management principles and well-organized. These are all important values to be able to consistently produce high-quality products and services.” — J.L.
