InkSoft, Albuquerque, N.M., recently added Maddie Hack to its “Success Squad” technical support team.
Hack previously operated a family-owned business for five years, growing it from a 300-square-foot space to a 1,500-square-foot space. Despite the expansion, all work was kept in-house and she filled a variety of roles, including website management, translating designs from apparel to crystal, and customer service.
Hack’s knowledge of the InkSoft platform will be critical to her role with the Success Squad, according to the company. Going above and beyond technical support, she will teach customers about the platform and provides consultation to help grow their businesses. — J.L.
