Christian Blanco, Jeanette Brooks and Jerry Osborne have been hired to join the team. Blanco’s experience involves graphic design and customer service and support, including five years at Apple. Brooks has more than 10 years in customer service, and previously worked for Arizona State University assisting in the application and admissions process. Osborne has more than 30 years of experience in production printing, and will be responsible for training and support on all aspects of the software. — M.Q.
