September 29, 2017

GSG, Dallas, recently hosted a fundraiser at the Imprinted Sportswear Shows (ISS) event in Fort Worth, Texas, where it raised $9,000 in donations for #TexasStrong-branded products, all in an effort to help victims along the Texas coast who were affected by Hurricane Harvey.

GSG sold limited-edition T-shirts printed on the show floor at ISS Fort Worth, with 100% of sales going to local charities. GSG collaborated with ISS and other vendors at the three-day show to collect donations. Partner vendors in the fundraiser included Custom Happy, Dakota Collectibles, Epilog Laser, F&M, Geneva Capital, JDS, Kornit Digital, Lawson Screen & Digital Products Inc., The M&R Cos., Melco, Reece Supply Co., Ryonet and SPSI, among others. The effort displayed amazing solidarity among the graphics community.

The donation amount will be split among several local charities in dire need of funds: Crisis Assistance Center, Houston Food Bank, Southeast Texas Food Bank, Food Bank of Corpus Christi and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston. — J.L.
