GSG, Dallas, has appointed Cookie Torres as an embroidery service support specialist.
Her primary responsibility will be providing inside support to embroidery service technicians and customers, and assisting with managing embroidery parts inventory across all eight GSG locations. She also will expand her role and assist with service and parts in the screen segment.
Torres has 20 years of experience in parts management and customer service in the embroidery industry. She will be based at GSG’s Dallas location. — D.S.
