A4 Goes Green with Recycled Polyester
A4, manufacturer of premium sportswear and team uniforms, is now making all its most popular apparel, and the vast majority of its line, with recycled polyester.
FULL STORYGAME Sportswear, Yorktown Heights, N.Y., has announced a slew of changes for the 42-year-old, family run company.
The changes are as follows:
• Andrea Cancellieri, daughter of Enrico Genevese, the company’s founder, has been appointed GAME Sportswear’s president.
• Enzo Cancellieri, Andrea Cancellieri’s husband, is now executive vice president of operations.
• All production has been moved to the company’s Yorktown Heights headquarters for improved communication and efficiency.
• The purchasing department has been upgraded to ensure a deep inventory of key styles.
• The design and embellishment department has added heat-transfer and screen-printing capabilities to its chenille, embroidery, tackle twill and custom design services.
• A new large-bid support department (500 or more pieces) will help with custom orders, sourcing and guiding customers through the governmental bid process. The company also will pack and hold large orders for free.
• The company has released its 2018 activewear and workwear catalog, featuring new styles and expanded workwear and high-visibility lines.
