August 24, 2018

ComfortWash, Winston-Salem, N.C., has joined Hanes4Education with all purchases of ComfortWash tees and fleece purchased from suppliers can each be cashed for a K-12 school.

The Hanes4Education program allows suppliers and their customers to help support K-12 schools through a unique cash-rebate offer, according to the company.  The Hanes4Education offers of $0.10 per Hanes, Champion or ComfortWash printed apparel item ordered through suppliers will go directly to the K-12 school chosen by the customer.

“We’re excited to add ComfortWash and provide even more opportunities for suppliers and their customers to support local schools,” says John Spivey, marketing manager for HanesBrands Branded Printwear. “As a cash rebate program, it’s easy to explain how it directly benefits their local schools. Customers get great, quality apparel, and the local school of their choice gets a check.”

With the Hanes4Education program, HanesBrands has donated more than $1 million dollars to schools across the country. All public and private K-12 schools registered with the appropriate state agency are eligible to participate, potentially earning a maximum of $500 per order and $5,000 total for the calendar year.

All screen-print customers can participate by providing their invoices to local schools, which includes businesses, teams, community organizations, sororities, fraternities, etc. Either the customer or the recipient school can complete the Rebate Form. No further paperwork is required of the supplier other than to provide the customer with an invoice that clearly states that Hanes, Champion and/or ComfortWash printed products were purchased.
