Cap America, DML Creation Announce Partnership
Cap America Inc., Fredericktown, Mo., and DML Creation Inc., Camarillo, Calif., recently announced today a broad long-term alliance that is expected to enhance DML’s industry position while expanding Cap America’s reach into Canada.
Going forward both suppliers will continue to operate as separate companies while maximizing the talents and resources at both establishments.
“The relationship with DML represents a powerful opportunity for Cap America; we share the same vision of providing our customers with leading product options for all headwear needs,” says Mark Gammon, president and COO of Cap America.
In the joint venture, both suppliers will contribute certain assets and resources.
