A4 Goes Green with Recycled Polyester
A4, manufacturer of premium sportswear and team uniforms, is now making all its most popular apparel, and the vast majority of its line, with recycled polyester.
FULL STORYBELLA+CANVAS, Los Angeles, today will launch a new classification of heather garments called PRISM, which was created by re-engineering the heather yarn-spinning and fabric-dyeing processes to create stunning halftones and never-been-seen-before dimension, according to the company.
Following the success of last year’s Black Heather collection, BELLA+CANVAS sought the next breakthrough in color and fabric innovation. “We wanted to build upon the heather texture that the market is so hungry for, but at the same time, create something unique and completely different than what currently existed,” says Danny Harris, co-founder and co-CEO, BELLA+CANVAS.
The resulting collection introduces a new spectrum of colors to fabric blends. PRISM will launch with six color options in a palate of on-trend pastels. The colors will be available in the best-selling unisex jersey tee (style 3001).
“PRISM is about to change the way our industry sees color,” Harris says. “It’s the embodiment of
our motto to ‘Be Different.'”
BELLA+CANVAS will launch the collection with a series of videos that, like the fabric, explore unique combinations of color and light. The collection will be available at all major distributors who carry BELLA+CANVAS, as well as at bellacanvas.com. — J.L.
