Madeira USA, Laconia, N.H., recently introduced its Multifunctional Frame System (MFS).
The MFS enables embroiderers to pop in a paper-framed, plastic pre-frame, stitch out a badge or emblem, and simply tear away the plastic film background, according to the company.
Available for $329.20, the system is machine-specific; is easily attached and removed; and gives lower-volume embroiderers the ability to offer emblems, badges and patches to their customers, according to the company. The system also can use the final satin stitch border as a means of attaching badges or emblems to garments.
The video, shown above, shows the MFS in action.
