Madeira USA, Laconia, N.H., has updated its ecommerce site: madeiramart.com.
Based on customers’ requests, the company has made additions and improvements to its ecommerce site.
The site now features more product descriptions to help customers decide which products would work best for their specific projects. It provides easier access to information, allowing customer to learn more about a product with one click.
The revamped site also makes placing an order more efficient, and is more conducive to choosing multiple products easily and quickly, according to the company. Additionally, the site boasts an improved search function, with color names added to its core thread groups.
“The trend is clearly for convenience, speed and accuracy,” says Shirley Clark, president of Madeira USA. “As customers have migrated to online, and to now mobile ordering, we continually look for upgrades and improvements in order to keep pace with our customers’ needs.”
