Jay Humeniuk and Ken Chadwick, both part of the GroupeSTAHL Sales Alliance, present the video, which begins with a discussion on planning and choosing the right equipment. From there, the duo discusses embroidery supplies and accessories, good policies and production tips. The session winds down with information on terminology and how to sell embroidery, as well as a list of additional resources.
