Brother Intl. Corp., Bridgewater, N.J., recently unveiled multiple quilting machines in its new V-Series product line.
V-Series, the fifth-generation body type introduced from Brother, features DreamWeaver and DreamWeaver XE. Both machines offer industry-first features developed just for quilters, according to the company. They both also provide 56 square inches of workspace —10% more than previous Brother machines — and the 11.25 inches from needle to arm is the longest ever from Brother.
Beyond the V-Series machines, Brother also has re-released the Duetta combination sewing, quilting and embroidery machine, as the Duetta 2. Finally, the company’s new Simplicity line of machines offers two models that appeal to the quilting enthusiast: the computerized SB700T and the SB530T.
