Brother Enters Wide-Format Latex Segment with Latest Launch
Bridgewater, New Jersey—Brother International Corporation will be entering the signage market with the all-new WF1-L640 64-inch latex wide-format printer.
FULL STORYHirsch Solutions Inc., Hauppauge, N.Y., is now offering PulseID Connect, a new order-management and workflow system specifically designed for direct-to-garment printing.
The system provides a standardized communication platform between fulfillment centers and those submitting orders to them. Production-ready files are generated from order data and provided images, which can then be sent to the printer using a scanner. Barcodes also track order status through production and shipping.
PulseID Connect also provides product database management and the ability to print production labels with physical location. It also can integrate into an existing ordering system, storing data into a standardized, nonencrypted XML format. — M.Q.
