Two New Moderators Join MyVersaCAMM.comJuly 30, 2010MyVersaCAMM.com, a Web site and networking community devoted to Roland VersaCAMM print-and-cut digital cutter users, recently announced two new moderators: Kevin Hirata and Irv Donaldson. Hirata runs a home-based promotional products business in Foster City, Calif., that caters primarily to individuals and organizations, such as schools, churches and teams. He does screen printing in-house and uses a VersaCAMM printer/cutter for vinyl cutting and digital transfers. He also does contract decorating for promotional products distributors. Donaldson, a retired military and police officer, is owner of Blue Alert, Brooklyn, N.Y., which offers embroidery and digital printing. He caters primarily to motorcycle, auto, van and social clubs. He uses his VersaCAMM to print on vinyl, then he heat seals the printed vinyl to pressure-sensitive twill, which is then stitched to the garment. For more information or to register as a free member, go to myversacamm.com. The bi-weekly chats occur every other Thursday at 7 p.m. EST. — J.L. RECENT HEADLINES
