Stahls' ID Direct Debuts Rhinestones, Rhinestuds

The rhinestones can be used solely as a design, or can be applied to a heat transfer or screen printed design. They apply easily with a heat press and are extremely durable. They are packaged and sold in five, 10 and 50 gross bags. Customers can choose from 17 colors and four sizes, including 10SS, 16SS, 20SS, and 30SS (crystal only). Manufactured in Korea, these stones feature low lead content and are CPSIA compliant, according to the company.
 
Rhinestuds are made of metal and feature a flat surface, similar to nail heads. Rhinestuds can add character to vintage-inspired clothing and accessories, or they can be used to enhance distressed designs. Featuring an adhesive backing, rhinestuds are applied with a heat press. Studs are available in 10 gross and 50 gross bags. Customers can choose from 20 colors and three sizes, including 3MM, 4MM and 5MM. Manufactured in Korea, they do not contain lead and are CPSIA compliant, according to the company.

Rhinestone and rhinestud custom designs also can be created with a vinyl cutter, and the company offers an entire line of accompanying tools and accessories. Customers can choose from easy-to-weed stencil material for creating templates, as well as trays, tweezers and brushes to help produce the designs, and transfer tape to hold the studs and stones in place while heat applying them to the garments.

HotFix Rhinestones and Rhinestuds can be applied to cotton, polyester and poly/cotton blends.
