PPAI Recognizes Regional Volunteer of the Year

Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), Irving, Texas, announced Wendy Franklin as the 2011 PPAI Regional Association Council Volunteer of the Year.

Franklin, a promotional marketing consultant with Geiger and volunteer for Promotional Products Association of the Midwest (PPAM), received this award June 24 at the Regional Association Council Leadership Development Workshop in Grapevine, Texas.

“I can’t think of a better individual to represent this prestigious award,” says Dan Jenne, Regional Association Council president. “Wendy is a hardworking professional and has been a dedicated volunteer to PPAM and the promotional industry as a whole for a number of years.”

Franklin previously served as PPAM president in 2006, the organization’s Regional Association Council delegate in 2008 and 2009, the tradeshow chair for PPAM 2006-2009 and the Regional Association Council legislative chair for Missouri in 2008 and 2009.
