Kornit Announces International Customer Support Renovation

Kornit Digital, Rosh-Ha’Ayin, Israel, recently announced that it has implemented an organizational change to its International Customer Support (ICS) division. The changes were made to improve customer satisfaction, according to the company.

Kornit’s new ICS division will consist of the following departments: International Care Center, International Field Service, International Training Center, Technical Integration, Pre-Press and Application, and VIP (for customers that have reached a level of four machines or more).

Kornit also introduced its new ICS Three-Tiered program, which offers three levels of customized support services allowing North American customers to select the most suitable solutions for their businesses based on their specific support needs, according to the company.
