GroupeSTAHL to Host STAHLS' Heat Printing Zone at SGIA 2011October 17, 2011GroupeSTAHL, St. Clair Shores, Mich., will host STAHLS' Heat Printing Zone at the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) 2011 Expo, which will be held Oct. 19-21 in New Orleans. The Heat Printing Zone takes place all three days of the show. It opens at 9:30 a.m., with the first class starting at 11:30 a.m. on the first day and 10:30 a.m. on the second and third days. Attendees can learn how to use their heat press to its full potential, with tips and tricks on embellishing hats, shoes, bags and burnout T-shirts. They also can enjoy free educational classes, ongoing giveaways and a chance to meet heat printing experts from around the globe who can answer questions about transfers, decals, lettering, appliqué and more, according to the company. The first 300 people who visit the Zone will receive a special gift of CAD-CUT Premium Plus, a soft, stretchable heat transfer material that features a matte finish. Attendees also may enter to win a Stahls' Hotronix Fusion heat press. The drawing will be held Oct. 21 at 3:15 p.m. The winner does not need to be present. Additionally, from 1:15 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 19-20, Ted Stahl, CEO and founder of GroupeSTAHL, will be available to talk and share his more than 30 years of experience in the decorated apparel industry, according to the company.
