Dalco Athletic Offers New Dye Sublimation Appliqué

Dalco Athletic, Dallas, recently released “Game Balls” — a new dye sublimation appliqué as part of its Dye Sub Fabric collection.

“Game Balls” pairs your choice of ball with the team name and sport to create a full-front appliqué design. The approximate size of the appliqué is 5” x 10”. You also choose the foreground and background colors so you can match your team colors.

Available sports balls include football, basketball, baseball, soccer and volleyball. These appliqués are made of 100% polyester twill and feature the long-lasting, bold colors achievable with the dye sublimation process. The minimum order is 10 pieces, with additional orders in increments of five pieces thereafter.

It comes with an EasyStitch sew disk for sewing it down, or it can be backed with a permanent heat-applied adhesive. It’s ideal for sweat shirts, T-shirts, jackets and more, for sew-on application. It can be permanently heat applied to sweat shirts, 100% cotton or 50/50 T-shirts, and 100% polyester, but not mesh materials, according to the company.
