Boxercraft Acquires Jones & Mitchell Sportswear Assets

Boxercraft Inc., Atlanta, recently announced that it has purchased the assets of Jones & Mitchell Sportswear Inc., Overland Park, Kan., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Augusta Sportswear Holdings Inc.

Jones & Mitchell Sportswear designs and manufactures decorated apparel for multiple retail distribution channels in the United States. The company will remain under the direction of  Donna Hansen, current president, and its present management team. Boxercraft will enable all Jones & Mitchell Sportswear operations to continue without interruption or disruption to the benefit of the customers, according to the company.
