Bodek and Rhodes President Named Best Boss

In its publication, titled Promotional Products Business magazine, Promotional Products Association Intl. (PPAI) named 23 individuals as 2011’s best bosses, including Mike Rhodes, president of Bodek and Rhodes, Philadelphia.

Rhodes, who leads the family business of more than 400 employees, took the helm of the company from his father in 2000. Since then, he’s grown the company to offer more brands than any other national wholesaler and steered successfully through the most recent recession by focusing on his employees, according to Mary Ellen Nichols, director of marketing communications.
